Membership Application

Join the Friends. Membership categories and annual cost:

Youth (18 and under) $10, Individual $15, Family $20, Business/Association $50

Note: One-half of your membership dues goes to the branch library you designate on your membership application and you automatically become a member of the Friends of the Library for that branch.

Please fill out the form below. You will be contacted by one of our volunteers to make arrangement for payment, or you can pay by PayPal to fspl@att.net.
