Join us for the launch of our new eBook Kiosk at Central Library on Tuesday, January 22 at noon and see how easy it is to download eBooks from the library.
 
The launch event will take place in Central Express, on the first floor, and includes a demo of our new eBook lending service and a prize drawing for a Nook Tablet.

More than 300 publishers have signed with the 3M Cloud Library offering thousands of more titles which greatly increases the Sacramento Public Library’s access of downloadable books.  The 3M Cloud Library also offers a seamless platform for borrowing and reading eBooks.  The service provides:
  • Access to library eBooks anytime, anywhere, with your library card.
  • Reading a downloadable book within minutes.
  • Easy to use app for tablets, PC, and Mac.
  • Discovery Station Kiosk lets you browse and search the Cloud Library collection, check out eBooks, place eBooks on hold, or return eBooks early.
