Get in the (Homework) Zone

10/25/2013
Don’t get stuck on that assignment—our libraries offer free help in all subjects for grades 1 through 8.

Do you or your child have a difficult assignment, or even a class you’re failing? Maybe you just need a little help from someone who knows the material?

The Sacramento Public Library offers free Homework Zone sessions at 14 of our branches—and probably one near you. We offer help in all subjects for grades 1 through 8 in a safe library environment. Many of our volunteers are retired teachers or high school honors students. All have been trained. All adult volunteers have been vetted.

This is a drop-in program—no appointment required. All Homework Zone times and locations can be found here, or by consulting the list below. We’re also looking for more Homework Zone coaches so we can expand this great service.
