​Friends hosting a warehouse book sale

More than 100,000 gently used books are available
The Friends of the Sacramento Public Library are hosting a warehouse book sale on Saturday, Mar 4. Shop to support the Library's efforts.


April 8, Saturday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • An ever-changing inventory of more than 100,000  “gently used” books, will be offered for prices from fifty cents to $2
  • More than 4,000 children’s books will also be for sale at prices from 50 cents to $1
  • Attend a preview sale on April 7, Friday, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. It’s for Friends members only. Join at the door for $20.
  • The book store will be open during the sale as well as on Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Fridays and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Items are priced from $1 up.
  • Plenty of parking is available, but visitors should be careful not to park between the “No Parking” signs on the south side of Belvedere.
