| These activities and lesson plans adapt, when appropriate to do so, specific guidelines from the Human Rights and Genocide in the History-Social Science Framework: A Model Curriculum. This resource along with the English-Language Arts & History-Social Science Content Standards and Frameworks, and an electronic listing of Recommended Literature: Kindergarten Through Grade Twelve are available online at the California Department of Education website: www.cde.ca.gov.
The innovative teacher may also find worthwhile applications to current Science and Visual, Performing Arts Content Standards available as well at the above link. Valuable lesson plans are also available from the California Foundation for Agriculture in the Classroom.
