Family health kits and senior health kits to be offered at select locations from December 15 through January 7
Family health kits and senior health kits are limited quantities and only available for give away via curbside service

For a limited time, Sacramento Public Library is offering family health and senior health kits from December 15 through January 7.
Family health kits: Get fit as a family with a backpack that comes with a healthy recipe book and exercises that you can do together! You’ll also receive a copy of “What to do When your Child is Sick,” a jump rope, and tools to keep your child healthy.
Senior health kits: Prioritize your health with this tote bag filled with resources for those approaching their senior years and caregivers. You’ll receive information on brain health and home safety, a copy of “What to do for Senior Health,” and tools to keep yourself healthy.
There are limited quantities and they’re only available for give away via curbside service during regular business hours Tuesdays through Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Arcade, Arden-Dimick, Elk Grove, Galt - Marian O. Lawrence, McKinley, North Highlands, North Natomas, Rio Linda and Robbie Waters Pocket-Greenhaven locations.
