The final day to complete the 2020 Census is October 15.

As US Census 2020 awareness efforts shifted away from in-person outreach, library staff helped share the message by calling library patrons. A total of 15,775 calls were made to community members between May 6 through October 5. Of those calls, 83% had already completed the census and 5% pledge to complete the Census.

The Census brings money, resources, and political power to your community. Every person counted brings $20,000 in federal resources for essential programs and services over the next 10 years. If you’re here, you count, citizens and immigrants alike.

The final day to complete the 2020 Census is October 15.* The 9-question confidential survey takes 10 minutes—online, by phone (844) -330-2020 or by mail.

Visit 2020Census.gov to be counted by October 15. If we’re not counted, we’re not seen.
