Register for a library card
Register for a library card. You will receive a temporary card number that can be used immediately to access our digital library.

Upgrade your account
You can upgrade your account for full library access. With full access you can place items on hold in our catalog and pick them up at your local library using our curbside service. Follow these simple steps to upgrade your account. Email us at contact@saclibrary.org with your library card number and a copy of any issued document or ID card with your name and proof of address. Once we receive your request, we will send your upgraded library card to you in the mail. Have questions about upgrading your library card or finding your card number?
