Introducing Virtual Health Education Classes

Sacramento Public Library recently partnered with Health Net, a California-based organization that provides members with health plans, education, and wellness tools. Together with Health Net, the library will present a series of virtual health education classes. Each class will share valuable information on a range of health topics, as well as resources to help you care for your health at home.


This series will kick off with these programs:

• Healthy Hearts, Healthy Living (English) - February 26 at 10 a.m.
• Healthy Hearts, Healthy Living (Spanish) - February 26 at 11:15 a.m.
• Communicating with your Doctor (English) -March 26 at 10 a.m.
• Communicating with your Doctor (Spanish) - March 26 at 11:15 a.m.
• Fit Families for Life (English) - April 30 at 10 a.m.
• Fit Families for Life (Spanish) - April 30 at 11:15 a.m.
