You will also be working with a group to develop and present a program for teens at the library.

Applications for our fully virtual Youth Library Leadership Program open December 18 at 8 a.m and close on December 26 at 11:59 p.m. The program will take place January 18 - February 19 and is open to all interested youth between the ages of 13 – 18 years old. Participants who complete the program will receive a $300 stipend.

Applicant interviews will be scheduled in early January. There will be two optional virtual orientation sessions with an overview of the program which will take place the week before the session begins. To remain eligible for the stipend, participants are able to miss up to one week (or two sessions) of work.

If you do not have a computer/ Wi-Fi access at home, we will arrange for participation at a library location or provide Wi-Fi hotspot from our collection. All sessions will take place on Zoom and closed captioning will be provided.
