On August 19, you’ll notice changes to our
event calendar and
meeting room reservation experience on our website. We’re launching a new mobile-friendly experience on our website, powered by Communico, which makes finding library events and booking spaces easier.
We will pause meeting room reservations temporarily from August 15-18 as we transition to the new system. This will not affect your existing meeting room requests and reservations. On August 19, you’ll log in with your library card to book meeting rooms and track your pending and approved reservations. You’ll also be able to reserve study rooms up to 24 hours in advance.

- At-a-glance views of available spaces by date
- Quick views of meeting room details including photos, amenities, and capacity
- Study room reservations up to 24 hours in advance
New online calendar features include:
- At-a-glance calendar view by date
- Add to calendar feature (iCal, Google, Outlook, Yahoo!)
- More search options (search by multiple factors)
- Printable event calendar
- Customizable event content emailed straight to you
