After 4 months of renovations, Belle Cooledge Library will reopen to the public on June 22.
Crews renovated the building’s crumbling exterior starting with dry rot remediation in the spring. The library façade now features new tile and fresh stucco. The project also included a roof replacement and a new HVAC system. The building renovation was made possible through California State Libraries Building Forward Infrastructure Grant funding.
