What can I expect when I visit the library for my reservation?
How do I schedule a computer reservation?
Library cardholders can schedule a one-hour computer reservation online or call Customer Service at (916) 264-2920. You may schedule up to one reservation per day. A library card number is required to complete your reservation. If you do not have a library card, you may request one online or call (800) 209-4627 for assistance.
Please arrive promptly for your appointment and check in with library staff. We can hold your appointment for up to 15 minutes past the start time. After that time, computer use will be available on first come first served basis. Library staff will remind you when the final ten minutes of your computer time remains. Learn more about what you need to know before your next visit.
Are printers available for use during computer appointments?
Yes. And to reduce contact, printing during your appointment is free of charge. Learn more about mobile printing.
Can I make a computer appointment if I have outstanding fines?
Yes. You may still make an appointment and we will override the fines. Please call Customer Service (800) 209-4627 for assistance. Sacramento Public Library is no longer charging overdue fines.
If you have any overdue items, please return them to clear your account.
