No. We offer basic help with using a computer or mobile device. We do not offer troubleshooting or technical support for your devices.
My books are not loading correctly and the OverDrive app is not responsive. What do I do?
Try reinstalling the app and restarting your device. This often resolves the issue. If the problem persists please contact us and we'll troubleshoot with you.
I belong to a partner library (Folsom, Woodland, etc.). Why can’t I check out items on OverDrive or Hoopla?
You can change your home library to a Sacramento Public Library location by either changing the pickup location every time you place a hold on a physical item or use a partner library card for placing and picking up your holds at the partner locations.
