facilitator. We’ll discuss a variety of topics, ranging from everyday
life to local things to do and more.
Topics will be a repeat of the ones discussed during the Thursday 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. groups. All levels are welcome.

Sacramento County Public Health and Agency on Aging Area 4 present Bingocize. Bingocize is a free evidence-based program that combines a bingo-like game with exercise and health education. The program has increased functional fitness, health knowledge and social engagement. The program will meet in the Jane Wise Community Room 2 times a week, every Wednesday and Friday for 10 weeks. Please note there will be no class on Friday, April 12th.

Create your own DIY Sensory Bag to take home! Participants will explore and discover weight, density, mass, and color theory through these activities. Each participant can design their own bag to keep or create a lava lamp science experiment. Intended for ages 5-12; younger children will need adult supervision. STEAM concepts include: measurement, weight, density, mass, liquid, mixing, and color theory. No registration required, supplies are limited.
School-age (5-12) children and their families are invited to explore concepts in science, technology, engineering, art, and math once a month on a Friday.
