What is a menstrual cycle and which days can I get pregnant?
What increases the chances of pregnancy?
What contraceptive methods are available?
How can I decide which method is best for me?
Participants will learn about how to access health care and/or preventive services and how to obtain information on YouTube, internet searches, and the Sacramento Public Library collection. There will be time for Q&A.

Sacramento County Public Health and Agency on Aging Area 4 present Bingocize. Bingocize is a free evidence-based program that combines a bingo-like game with exercise and health education. The program has increased functional fitness, health knowledge and social engagement. The program will meet in the Jane Wise Community Room 2 times a week, every Wednesday and Friday for 10 weeks. Please note there will be no class on Friday, April 12th.

Students in Kindergarten through 8th grade can attend the Homework Zone and will be helped by trained Teen Homework Coaches in completing their school assignments. Drop-in homework help is available every Wednesday from 4:00-5:30 pm in the Children's Area.
