Program Coordinator opportunity for teens

We’re looking for teens ages 14-19 to be Library Program Coordinators for Lunch at the Library this summer. This is a chance to work with a team to provide free lunches and activities to youth and families in the community.





About the position:
  • Order, receive, and distribute meals
  • Record and submit program information
  • Monitor for adherence to library and food partner policies and procedures
  • Facilitate activities for lunch participants
  • Ensure that volunteers have necessary materials
  • Hand out, collect, and process evaluation surveys
  • $1000 scholarship awarded at end of program
When:
  • June 17 - August 9 (8 weeks)
  • 60 total hours required
  • Orientation session Monday, June 17 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. (offsite)
  • Weekly Tuesday – Friday, 11 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. (shifts may vary)
