Read Together Kits
These themed storytime kits feature diverse characters to allow children to see themselves in a story. Each kit contains six to eight books for reading aloud with toddlers and preschoolers, an info sheet containing tips and storytime songs and rhymes. Spanish-language books are included in each kit and Farsi is also available.

Crocker Art Pack
Make learning an adventure with this pack of art-based activities designed to engage children in creative play at home and at the museum. Choose from one of four themed packs to explore colors, shapes, and patterns with hands-on, play-based activities. Developed in partnership with Crocker Art Museum and First 5 Sacramento.

Have Questions?
Are there similar options for learning on the go?

Yes. We have passes that give you access to 50 different museums, zoos and other cultural destinations in Sacramento and the San Francisco Bay Area. We also host regular story walks where you and your child can “walk” some of your favorite stories. Keep an eye on our program calendar for the next story walk, typically held in the spring and summer.

I’m not able to access one of the at-home kits and apps. What do I do?

Give us a call at (916) 264-2920 or send us a message. We will help you through the process or seek out any bugs and make sure they’re fixed.
