Have Questions?
Can anyone use the free passes?

Anyone who has a library card, lives in the Sacramento Public Library service area and is 16 years or older. Valid government ID is needed when using the passes and the person whose name the reservation is in must be present. Passes can’t be photocopied.

How many reservations can I have at one time and what if I have to cancel?

You can have up to two reservations at one time. You can cancel only if you haven’t printed the pass. Please note that some venues only allow one reservation per year, so not showing up after printing the pass will result in you not being able to visit that venue that year.

When are new Discover & Go passes made available?

On the first of each month at midnight, new passes for the next three months become available. For example, on October 1, new passes for the months of October, November and December become available.
